I’ve spent that time honing my winemaking knowledge and ability and getting to know how great Finger Lakes wine can be. I’m thrilled to be in the position to share some of my creations with you so you too can share in the enjoyment of the region and industry which I have grown to hold so dear.

While there are some stylistic throughlines in the wines I make they will change from year to year in style of wine as well as the variety of grapes I use. I aim to make wine that I enjoy drinking which are lively, aromatic and textural wines as well as traditional method sparkling.

I like to thoughtfully experiment with different winemaking techniques to push wines to be all they can be. This is an opportunity for me to stretch my winemaking wings as well as to educate anyone interested in some of the nitty gritty winemaking details.
